The final piece of advice I can offer is to face your fear directly, and start that podcast, start that YouTube channel, or sing that song. A lot of the popular YouTubers we know and love today didn’t always have the quality of videos they currently have — the quality developed as time went on and they developed confidence. We often set ourselves to a standard that isn’t realistic, which in turn can make you feel less confident.
